By using Omuumo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Omuumo is a marketplace that connects travelers with local tour guides. We facilitate bookings and payments but the tour itself is delivered by the guide, not by us.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

4. Bookings and payments

When you book a tour, you enter a contract with the guide. Omuumo charges a commission and acts as payment processor.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy .

6. Guide obligations

Guides must deliver the tour they advertise, comply with local laws and licensing requirements, and behave professionally.

7. Liability

Omuumo provides the platform but does not guarantee the tour. We are not liable for the conduct of guides or other users.
